We will help you with all aspects of planning. We begin with a comprehensive planning meeting where we begin to view your special day through your eyes. You will receive our vendor referral list of those vendors that we have been working with for many years and provide exceptional service for our clients. Our first step is to set appointments to tour the properties that work best with your style, desired location and guest list to secure the date and time you would like for your ceremony and reception. We then make appointments with all the other vendors that will complete your wedding day, such as the Caterer, Bakery, DJ and/or Band, Musicians, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Hair and Make-Up Stylists, Officiate, ETC. We will help you with your out-of-town guests in assisting with room reservations, rehearsal dinner plans, and so much more.

We will coordinate the Rehearsal with your vendors and direct a one hour Rehearsal with or without the Officiate.

We will coordinate your Wedding Day with all your vendors and write the itinerary that will be the guideline for everyone to follow through your special day. A wedding planner and assistant (s) will be present for you throughout your day.
